Steven has experience working as a general contractor, builder owner, developer, and tech company. A total of 18 years of experience, Steven has amassed knowledge from all sides of the building industry. Working out in the field as well as estimating a vast number of complex projects, Steven also understands the significance of building a project as well as budgeting. His estimating experience ranges from Commercial, Healthcare, Public Works Life Sciences, Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Residential, and Retail markets. Steven holds a license as a Certified Professional Estimator and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
