Principal
Steven Yetemian is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) with over 20 years of experience in construction cost estimating, project controls, and construction management. As Principal of Construction Cost Estimating Group, LLC (CCEG), he has provided estimating and consulting services for a wide range of projects including commercial, healthcare, life sciences, industrial, hospitality, education, residential, and public works developments. Steven has extensive experience preparing conceptual through detailed construction estimates, value engineering analyses, bid evaluations, change order reviews, and owner’s representative services. His background working alongside owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors provides a well-rounded perspective that helps clients make informed decisions and successfully manage project costs from planning through construction.

Suzanne Tafesh serves as an Assistant Estimator at CCEG and brings valuable experience in real estate analysis, construction cost support, and expert witness consulting.
